Definition
Comprende todo el personal femenino eventual con alguna discapacidad y se encuentra involucrado en la parte administrativa de la empresa como: gerentes, directores a sueldo, personal de laboratorio e investigación, personal de contabilidad y secretaría, vendedores, personal de limpieza, choferes , conserjes, vigilantes y otros que apoyan la labor del comercio (empacadores, clasificados y despachadores).
Universe
Todas las empleadas mujeres de los establecimientos de Comercio en el año investigado, que tienen algún tipo de discapacidad e intervienen en el proceso operativo.
