    The Ministry of Territorial Administration Database data are collected annually starting from 2012. The data is collected as of January 1st of the relevant year or as mentioned in the questionnaire.
    Abstract

    Ministry of Territorial Administration Database is a community-level data which has been produced by Ministry of Territorial Administration and Development (MoTAD) of the Republic of Armenia. This iscommunity-level data needed to measure the medium and long term impacts of the Bank-financed Lifeline Road Improvement Project. The information included in the MTAD Database project is either extracted from state registers or collected from face-to-face interviews with staff or officials from municipalities, relevant divisions of regional administrations or regional offices of state bodies.
