<svar a="all" v="VN99A009"><span class="em">Question 1:</span> Does your household have a house to live in?<br />The investigator must ask the head of the household to verify if the household has a house.<br /><div class="i1">- Households with a house: These include households with a house to live in, no matter what type of house it is, when it was built, or to whom it belongs. The investigator circles "1" if the household has a place to live, then proceeds to Question 2.<br />- Household without a house: These include households living in places like street can be verified that the household doesn't have a house to live in, and concludes the interview.</div><br /></svar>
