Interviewer instructions

Otherwise indicate the relation to the first person of all other persons listed. Step-children, children of one partner, adopted children are all to be considered children and categorized as child, if they are so related to the head of household. Other relative" would include any other relative who does not fit options 2, 3 or 4.
