Now I would like to ask you about any land that is owned by you, [NAME OF 1ST SPOUSE AND 2ND SPOUSE], and any other members of your household, and the value of that land.
For a person to own a parcel of land means that he or she has a parcel of land that he or she purchased or inherited, and that he or she can sell.
If you and [NAME OF 1ST SPOUSE AND 2ND SPOUSE] own a parcel together, we will only count that parcel once, and we will count its full value. If a parcel is owned together with somebody who is not [NAME OF 1ST SPOUSE AND 2ND SPOUSE], when we talk about that parcel, just tell me about the portion of the value of that parcel that is for the owner that we are talking about.
