Definition

INTSTARTMN (MV801) reports the time of the start of the interview for the men's sample. The first two digits give the time in hours using the 24-hour clock, and the last two digits give the minutes within that hour. For example, a code of "1349" indicates the interview began at 1:49 P.M.
