Definition
For female household members, HWFHIVTEST (HA63) indicates whether their blood was drawn by DHS personnel to be tested for HIV, or, if not, why their blood was not taken. All "no" responses have a common first digit of "2," while the second digit reveals the reason (e.g., not present, refused, technical problem).
