Definition
For female household members of childbearing age who were potential subjects for height, weight, and hemoglobin measurement, HWFPREGNANT (HA54) indicates whether they were pregnant at the time of the interview.

A woman's pregnancy status is an important factor in interpreting hemoglobin/anemia level (see HWFHEMOLEVEL, HWFHEMOLEVELALT, and HWFANEMIALVL).
