Definition
For last-born children under age 5 who were either a) delivered at home/away from a medical facility, or b) delivered at a medical facility where their mother did not receive a health check before being discharged, DELPPCHKA (M66) indicates whether the child's mother received a postpartum health check sometime after the delivery of the child.
