Definition

Esta variable determina si la persona
recibe salario en especie, el cual hace referencia a una
retribución por el trabajo realizado, por lo que debe
existir correspondencia entre el trabajo y lo recibido en
especie, en el sentido que el pago en esta forma es un
acuerdo contractual debidamente estipulado y dado con
cierta regularidad.
