La variable permite conocer si la empresa sufrió otro tipo de estafa o fraude.
Universe
Empresas del sector privado, con ventas superiores a 20 UIT, localizadas en las principales ciudades de los departamentos, se consideraron únicamente empresas generadoras de rentas de tercera categoría con finalidad lucrativa.
Los tipos de empresas fueron:
* Persona natural con negocio
* Persona jurídica
