Question pretext
Respondent should be most knowledgeable member on household electricity. For each household, CAPI will 1) randomly assign a Tier 2 (high capacity: enough to power a television) or Tier 1 (low capacity: multiple lightbulbs and mobile charging) solar home system; and 2) randomly one of the three following amounts in the placeholder ${CF}: 33%, 66%, or 100% of the solar device in local currency. We will have the market price for the selected.
