FOR EACH BIRTH, ASK THE NUMBER OF COMPLETED MONTHS PREGNANCY LASTED AND RECORD P IN EACH OF THE PRECEDING MONTHS ACCORDING TO THE DURATION OF THE PREGNANCY.
