FOR EACH BIRTH, ASK THE NUMBER OF COMPLETED MONTHS PREGNANCY LASTED AND RECORD P IN EACH OF THE PRECEDING MONTHS ACCORDING TO THE DURATION OF THE PREGNANCY. (NOTE: THE NUMBER OF PS MUST BE ONE LESS THAN THE NUMBER OF MONTHS THAT THE PREGNANCY LASTED.)
