HWMBP1TIM reports the time of day for the male household member's first blood pressure measurement. The first two digits give the time in hours using the 24-hour clock, and the last two digits give the minutes after that hour. For example, a code of "1349" indicates the household member's first blood pressure measurement took place at 1:49 P.M.
