Description

Definition
For women who had any pregnancies terminated through abortion, miscarriage or stillbirth prior to the survey's birth calendar, PRECALTERMMO_NP (V240_NP) reports the calendar month of the termination, according to the Nepali calendar (or Vikram Samvat).

The Nepalese year uses 12 lunar months of 29-32 days. According to the Gregorian calendar, the Nepalese year begins in mid-April and ends the following April. In general, the Nepalese calendar is 57 years ahead of the Gregorian calendar.
