Description

Definition
For women who have had a pregnancy terminated through abortion, stillbirth or miscarriage, PREGTERMINMO_NP (V229_NP) indicates the calendar month when the last pregnancy termination occurred, according to the Nepali calendar (or Vikram Samrat).

The Nepalese year uses 12 lunar months of 29-32 days. According to the Gregorian calendar, the Nepalese year begins in mid-April and ends the following April. In general, the Nepalese calendar is 57 years ahead of the Gregorian calendar.
