Abstract | Located in the intersection of three big waterlines at a higher altitude, Mongolia in the Asia Pacific region has a changeable climate with lowest rainfalls, high aridity and a complex geographical location making it more susceptible to desertification given its ecological and earth stratum structures. Its area is 1,564,115,75 km² with administrative divisions of the capital city, 21 aimags (provinces), 338 soums (districts) and 1682 bags Even though “city” is defined differently from country to country, this category includes densely populated urban areas of high infrastructure development with sustainable economic activities such as trade, manufacturing and commerce. |
