| Abstract | This note documents the steps used in constructing the Philippine SAM for the use of CGE-microsimulation analysis. It consists of two sections: (i) a discussion of the construction of the 1994 SAM, and (ii) a discussion of the integration of information from the family income and expenditure survey (FIES) into the SAM. |
