In making an economic comparison between South Africa and Namibia one can look at different methods in comparing the economies. This study is done to determine whether a purchase power parity of property can be established between the two countries and if such a comparison could be used to explain economic bevaiour. The housing consumption expenditure of households is used to compare South Africa and Namibia.
