Abstract
Background

Roma represent a large ethnic minority in Serbia, and are one of the most disadvantaged and marginalized groups in Europe. Studies are lacking about the HIV/AIDS knowledge among Roma and differences between Roma and non-Roma women in Serbia. Therefore the aim of this study was to analyze those differences.

Methods
