Abstract
Background: Evaluating the quality and performance intervention for strengthening information systems
of Primary Health Care (PHC) systems depend on the should be on starting with generating information for
information system's capacity to generate reliable and local use, and building local capacity to utilise derived
accurate information, within social, cultural, and information for daily PHC planning, decision-making
