Abstract
This research project was to carry out a financial assessment of the
safeguards implemented in March 2015 and meet the social-economic
impact generated by the implementation of the tariff regulatory
framework, through statistical data obtained from surveys conducted by
market industry brown and white, a total of 378 shops that distribute
products of this line in the provinces of Cotopaxi, Guayas and Sucumbios
taken as a sign of our study. During the investigation the political-legal,
economic, social, technological and environmental aspects which
includes such macro which is the current situation of the country against
this implementation was analyzed, analyzed the micro part where more
attention is paid to the variation sales and prices in the sector at the
national level, the matrix Foda was the result of the study of those points
where we see clearly the most important threats and weaknesses are.
The financial evaluation was executed two companies, the most
influential of the fragment studied as Jaher and COMANDATO in which
the negative impact caused on their sales and profits from 2015 through
financial indicators were carefully examined. In the social aspect a
percentage increase in unemployment and balance is achieved in the
balance of payments with the action taken is observed. With these
important points then the alternative hypothesis is adopted, which gives
reason to study this project, when the project findings and
recommendations of the study respetivas is obtaine.
