Abstract
This project is created in order to give to the public more about the typical dishes
of Ecuador is why the restaurant "Las Delicias de Ecuador" which has physical
spaces designed according to the traditions of our country is implemented; It
offers a variety of dishes from all regions of Ecuador, Costa. Sierra and East, and
low quality standards seeks constant consumer satisfaction, always distinguished
for its innovation, quality products and services and characterized by friendliness
and cordiality to its customers.
Our principles and values are met every day with our customers and with our
partners and suppliers.
We have direct and indirect competitors that affect a small percentage in our small
businesses and this is an advantage because the influence is greater.
The research conducted in this project has resulted in acceptable values in the
market which is beneficial.
