Abstract
At present there is very little importance on the part of the people in carrying a
healthy and nutritious diet which has led to illness from childhood due to the bad
habit of feeding. It is because of this situation that the project will focus on
implementing a microenterprise of Production and commercialization of products
made with puff pastry in the parish of Cotocollao of the Metropolitan District of
Quito.The project will focus on promoting agriculture in this case of the pimp by the
farmers, and the offices will be located on 25 the May Street near the free fair in
Cotocollao in order to be closer to suppliers by offering sources of Work for them to
be part of the microenterprise and in the future become our partners.
