Abstract
Training is a crucial issue for the companies, because it contributes to personal and
professional development of employees. Nowadays training is consider an important way
used by companies to have a qualified and productive staff, with their skills, attitudes and
knowledge empowered.
On the other hand, enterprises train their employees in order to create a good work
environment and motivate them, in these way the companies has benefit, as a result of the
efficient work and good feeling. However, enterprises in Ecuador doesn´t think about training
like an important element, for example when a budget cut is needed, companies cut these
element. Corporations need to understand that training is an investment for their growing.
This research aims to design a marketing strategies for the brand development of a
company dedicated to training, educational and organizational consultancy, human integral
development and event planning. Additionally, the research seeks to distinguish the market
situation of EATA, analyze potential market, competitors, internal situation and the strategy
approach to accomplish the objectives.
