This project contains the evaluation of tourists attractions of the Checa town is performed
to determine the tourism potential, the evaluation method is the tourism system of Sergio
Molina, which was to analyze the host community, tourist attractions, equipment and
facilities, infrastructure, superstructure, and tourists. In addition through surveys and
interviews updated tourists attractions information, surveys were conducted to determine
the profile of tourists visiting Checa town and residents to assess tourism services also
interviews was conducted to public officials to meet the tourism development plans of
Checa town. In this project development strategies was structured taking into account the
results obtained, we improvement a tourist inventory of natural and cultural attractions;
nesting attractions which supports the assessment of attractions; ideal tourist profile for
addressing advertising strategies to attract these tourists; profile customer service
training to strengthen the service to tourists by tourism establishments; and tourist image
which will help the tourist identify better Checa town.
