President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo admitted that he is not satisfied with the 17.8 percent
increase in investment last year. Jokowi asserted the number can went even higher if
licensing processes can be accelerated. the Single Window Integrated Services (PTSP) need
synergy between the Central PTSP and regional PTSP can still be improved. In addition to
speed, synergy between the Central PTSP and regional PTSP can still be improved, there
were times when the processing speed in the regional and central PTSP was not in sync,
there has to be a standardized, synergized, and coordinated investment services between
central and regional. Banyuwangi has 5.782,5 km square area which is the largest area in
the province of East Java, there 20 licensing with a duration of 6-12 days completion.
Another problem is poor understanding of the community about licensing, the low
reliability of licensing service, low speed of licensing service and the problem of licensing
fees. Using survey and qualitative statistics method, the solution for accelerate licensing
are using mobile and online socialization in strategic location, increasing intensity of
services around community, forum for dialogue with the associations and the owner of
business, interactive information system, reducing barriers to implementation of licensing
involving inter goverment unit, using IT management system more interactively and
transparently.
