This degree work plants the bases that have to be taken into consideration to
generate a program that will include demobilized people or in the process of reintegration to
certain companies of the Cafetero Region, without falling into altruism and fighting especially
for building peace in Colombia in front of the co-responsibility of companies facing the armed
conflict and its consequences, trying to end the unfounded fear of demobilized persons.
It’s relevance is that the country is in search of the end of a conflict of 52 years,
regardless of whether this happens now or later, there are thousands of people who have been
demobilized and are without job opportunities, running the risk of returning to war
