Public institutions of Costa Rica are composed of a large group of officials and their actions results in an impact
on the environment, conservation of natural resources and even, become actors of contamination for the country.
This article recommends to government institutions to design a plan of environmental responsibility in order to
reduce the impact caused to the environment and time, contributing to the target country to which Costa Rica
agreed, to become a country meets carbon neutral in 2021.
