Abstract
Besides proficiency in mother tongues and
dominant languages, good quality education is the
concern of MLE. In addition to the medium of
teaching, teachers’ skill, teaching strategies, and
learning materials are crucial components in
improving the quality of learning. Schools need
both technical and financial support to address
these issues effectively.
