This article aims to understand the training that young people between 14 and 28 years
requires labor market, Manizales - Villamaria, and specifically characterize the segmentation of
jobs, according to the training of young people and the labor market; identify the determinants of
unemployment and interpret their training to work in the market.
The proposed methodology part three moments: description, which refers and identifies
educational levels and labor market; Equating compression methodologies and cyclical aspects
of productive structure of the region, and Interpretation as a complexity perspective in education
and job training from the results of the investigation.
