Caracteristicas de la vivienda
En este módulo se indagó por el tipo de abastecimietno de agua en el hogar, disponibilidad de servicio sanitario, posesión de electrodomésticos, de algún medio de transporte, combustible que usan para cocinar, habitaciones del hogar habitaciones usadas para dormir, material predominante en el piso, pared y techo de la vivienda, tenencia de tierras agrícolas y animales.
En esta sección se podrá encontrar información sobre las principales características de la vivienda de la entrevistada, asi como del abastecimiento de agua que utilizan en el hogar y el tipo de servicio higiénico.
El hogar de la entrevistada .
Caracteristicas del hogar
Es la información que se recolecta para cada uno de los miembros del hogar sobre el parentesco con el jefe del hogar, sexo, edad, estado civil, cobertura de los seguros de salud, condidión de la actividad económica, nivel de educación alcanzado, matricula escolar, asistencia escolar, supervivencia y residencia de los padres.
En esta sección se encuentra información sobre la relación con el jefe del hogar, la educación de los miembros del hogar, asi como, la supervivencia y residencia de los padres de la entrevistada.
Datos básicos de la mujer en edad fértil
El módulo se refiere datos del hogar de la entrevistada y sus parientes.
Esta sección contiene información acerca del nivel y grado de educación de la entrevistada asi como de la tenencia material y la consideración etnica de la entrevistada sobre su origen.
Mujeres en edad fértil entre los 15 a 49 años de edad
Historia de nacimientos
Esta sección recolecta información sobre las hijas e hijos nacidos vivos que una mujer ha tenido durante su vida y sobre aquellos embarazos que tuvo la entrevistada, que no terminaron en nacimiento vivo.
En esta sección se encuentra información sobre el número de partos que ha tenido la entrevistada asi como el número de hijos nacidos vivos o que han muerto después del parto, el nombre de los niños y los controles de embarazo de la entrevistada.
Mujeres elegibles de 15 a 49 años de edad.
Embarazo, Parto, Puerperio y Lactancia
Esta sección permite obtener información relacionada con la salud de los niños, tanto sobre los actualmente vivos, como los que nacieron vivos y murieron después, así como sobre la salud de la madre. Los temas incluidos son: cuidado pre-natal, atención del parto, lactancia materna, vacunas y las enfermedades recientes de niños menores de 6 años. En esta sección se hacen preguntas acerca de los niños nacidos vivos 5 años atrás apartir de la fecha de la entrevista, empezando por el último nacido vivo.
En esta sección se encuentra la atención pre-natal y del parto (personal que atendió y lugar de atención), cobertura antitetánica administración e ingesta de hierrro, administración de vitamina A, peso del bebé al nacer, control post parto y lactancia materna.
Mujeres elegibles en el hogar que han tenido un embarazo
Inmunización y Salud
En esta sección se encuentra información sobre las vacunas de los hijos de la entrevistada y sobre las enfermedades que han padecido y del tratamiento que le daban en el establecimiento de salud.
Niños nacidos vivos de la entrevistada.
En esta sección se puede encontrar información acerca del estado civil de la entrevistada, asi como del número de parejas y de la principal causa de la separación.
Mujeres elegibles en el hogar , esposos o conyuges de la entrevistada.
Conocimiento del SIDA y uso del condón
Esta sección permite obtener información relacionada con el conocimiento, y actitudes con respecto al SIDA y a las Enfermedades Transmitidas Sexualmente (ETS).
Dentro de los principales temas que se tratan en esta sección están: Conocimiento del SIDA y otras ITS, formas de evitar infectar a una persona con alguna enfermedad de transmisión sexual y, opinión respecto al SIDA y las personas infectadas , prevalencia y tratamiento de infecciones de transmisión sexual.

Mortalidad materna y violencia doméstica
En esta sección se encuentra información sobre los maltratos que ha recibido la entrevistada en el hogar por parte de su esposo o conyuge y de los daños físicos y psicológicos que le causaron los maltratos.
Mujeres elegibles en el hogar.
Peso talla y anemia
Se incorporó un módulo para relevar información de antropometría ( medición del peso y talla) y resultados de la prueba de hemoglobina de mujeres y niños menores de seis años de edad. Asimismo, se incrorporaron preguntas de salud ambiental.
En esta sección se encuentra información sobre el peso y talla del niño o niña de la entrevistada al nacer, asi como su fecha de nacimiento. Con respecto a la medición de la hemoglobina , la entrevistadora debe leer la declaración de consentimiento que la entrevistada debe aceptar para que le hagan la prueba de hemoglobina, por tanto aceptada la declaración y tomada la muestra de sangre la entrevistadora debe dar los resultados del nivel de hemoglobina de los miembros del hogar que se hicieron la prueba.
