Usually, the surveys that form the basis of the assessment are conducted soon after the distribution of relief items is completed. For this assessment of non-food items, 2623 individuals' recipients of soap kits were interviewed, and were asked questions about quality, sufficiency of quantity and usefulness of such kits.
