This program was rolled out in 4 regions of Serbia (Vojvodina, Belgrade region, Region of South-East Serbia and Region of Sumadia and West Serbia). The first phase started rollout the first week of December 2020 covering 13 municipalities (Bac, Becej, Kragujevac, Niš, Odžaci, Pancevo, Požarevac, Sjenica, Smederevska Palanka, Svrljig, Valjevo, Vranje and Žabalj , The second group will started rollout in early March 2021 and covered 8 additional municipalities (Apatin, Golubac, Lazarevac, Majdanpek,Palilula, Smederevo, Velika Plana and Vlasotince).
