The survey data provide the institution with a more in-depth understanding of the views of stakeholders on issues related to the World Bank's work on the ground (how it operates, its relationships, and its knowledge) and other development-related issues. The program is overseen by the Department of External and Corporate Relations, Business Intelligence Team.
