The first stage was the selection of Enumeration Areas (EAs) as the Primary Sampling Units (PSUs) selected with probability proportional to measure of size (PPS), where Measure of Size (MOS) was the number of households selected in the EA as per 2001 Population and Housing Census. A total of 576 (out of 3,201) EAs was selected. At the second stage of sampling, business households were systematically selected from a fresh list of occupied business households prepared at the beginning of the survey field work (i.e. listing of business for the selected EAs). Overall 6,450 business households were systematically selected for enumeration. The sample design covered three geographical regions i.e. Cities & Towns, Urban villages and Rural settlements.","coll_mode":"Face-to-face [f2f]"}}},"data_files":[],"variables":[],"variable_groups":[]}
