      <collSitu>The enumerators are trained in stages,- the Federal, state, and Local Government staff are trained at their area of operation
they are taken through the tool and mode of reporting. The interview takes about 10 minutes for an individual. Before the commencement of the activities, their is always a mobilization exercise to inform the populace in the various means of communication, and during the exercise any reacting is recued by the stand by recue operators. the field team has been tremendious in giving feed back on unusual occurence on the field. the interviews goes on in any language the respondense are confortable with and in some cases interpreter are used. The supervisors act as backups to the team in case of any problem on the field</collSitu>
