It also asks about the availability of specific resources such as water, telephones and radios.\nSection 2: General purpose equipment section explores the availability of specific health-related resources.\nSection 3: Injection and sterilization equipment section asks about the main types of injection equipment used in this facility\nSection 4: Human resources section of the qustionnaire ask about the human resources available in the facility\nSection 5: Trained staff section asks about the number of staff in the facility that have received training in a number of specific interventions.\nSection 6: Drugs and commodities section of the questionnaire asks about the availability of specific drugs and commodities in the facilities. These are yes or no questions.\nSection 7: Lab tests section asks about the availability of epecific laboratory tests in the facility.
