Ces questionnaires traduits ont servi de support pendant la formation théorique et pratique des personnels de terrain. Huit équipes ont été constituées pour le travail de terrain ; chaque équipe était composée de 4 enquêtrices chargées des enquêtes femmes et un chef d’équipe chargé du contrôle de la qualité des données et de la gestion logistique et technique de l’équipe. Le chef d’équipe était responsable des performances de ses équipes; il gérait les ressources de l’équipe et prenait les contacts nécessaires auprès des autorités et des populations. Deux superviseurs ont effectué des visites sur le terrain pour assister les équipes à faire face aux problèmes techniques, logistiques et administratives.
