I stay longer because I play x-box more than previous. Now I also don’t mind school children. In the beginning everything was new that is why I was here every day at the library now I am use to it so id don’t come so much anymore. 1 I am using the library less because. 1 I am visit the library more frequently now because I used to spend less time in the library compared to now. I spend more time in the library now because the school work and activities I have to do now are more than what I used to do. 1 I am visiting it less because currently I am studying in Zimbabwe. 1 I am visiting more frequently because I am unemployed, and have a lot of free time. I also don’t have internet at home and because I depend largely on the internet for my studies, I come more often. 1 I am visiting the library less frequently because I am not residing in Ohangwena anymore. 1 I am visiting the library less frequently. The time I attended the computer classes I came more often. I used to spend round about 4 hours within the library when I first started using it but now I only get to spend about 2 hours. 1 I am visiting the library less frequently. This year I did not use the Oshana library because I am now staying in Rehoboth. I am currently using NUST library because I am a student there. 1 I come less frequently because I’m working so I can’t come every day like I used to. Also, last year the Wi-Fi use to be on 24 hours but now they switch it off at 5pm. If you come late from somewhere, like your job by the time you come here the library is closed and the Wi-fi is off. 1 I still use the library same frequency as before; twice a week. 1 I use it more frequently now than at the beginning because the library has a lot of different books now then before. They now also have books for tertiary because at the beginning they had more books for primary and secondary learners. Daily newspapers are always available is not like that time you only find old newspaper. The wi-fi is also better now is not slow as it was in the begging. The novels has also increased, they now have a lot of novels. 1 I used it more now than for example last year were I only use to come once a week I think. Use it more because I am studying and really want to do well in my studies. 1 I visit the library less currently because I stay a bit far now. I live 50 km outside of town at a village called Witvlei and don’t have the means or funds to use the library as often as I did. 1 I visit the library more frequently. When I started using the library, I was in my first year at UNAM and the work load was not very heavy, and I was not really having difficulties in my studies. But from my first year, I started using it more because the work load increased and I realise the importance of using the library for my studies. 1 My frequency has increased because as time went, I started to realise the importance of the library. 1 Previously I did not come that much because I was working back then. Everything is for free here and I once got a job through this library. I saw the job here and I also applied from here and the people from the library contacted me when I was the one that was selected to come for an interview. 1 I am grateful for the library. However, I suggested that they bring in more computers. It is very frustrating to spent money on transport or walk a long distance and not accomplish what you came to do because all computers are occupied, or you did not get sufficient time to use one. Customer service training is needed specially for those who works in IT and book out computers; very rude, not sympathetic and very unprofessional. Only the staff in the children section are very nice with people. Some of those working, upstairs and downstairs need URGENT TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE with emphasise on COMMUNICATION SKILLS (polite and respectful manners). 1 I am only satisfied with this library because I’ve had experiences with some staff members who feels that what I am doing at the library is not important compared to what others are doing there. 1 I am satisfied with some aspects but there are a few things they need to improve especial the operating hours and equipped the library with religious books. 1 I am very satisfied because I don’t have a computer of my own but I have access to one for free at the library. To buy data is very expensive but at the library I have unlimited access to free wi-fi. 1 I am very satisfied because the library is very useful in the sense that we don’t pay for training and we can get any information we are searching for in the library. All the resources that we use were bought but we make use of them for free. 1 I am very satisfied with the library because I always get relevant information that I want. When I ask the library staff for information, they don’t hesitate to assist us. The library has brought change within the community and also to the children since they get to spend time in the library learning new things. Many people did not know how to use a computer but through the free computer training programs they now have the basic knowledge to operate a computer. 1 I am very satisfied with the library because when I come to do something at the library everything is usually in working order and I don’t have to wait around to get assistance or to use computers. There is that small challenge of their operating time but otherwise I am very satisfied with this library. 1 I am very satisfied with the library. There is a lot of benefits when it comes to visiting the library. I have gained a lot of knowledge at this library. They provide computer training courses and adult literacy lessons for free. I am so happy because I now know how to communicate in English although not well but to an extent where I understand people when they speak to me. 1 I have access to information regarding my study needs and job need 1 I really get all I need from the library except for the few barriers I mentioned earlier. 1 I was able to use their computers to have access to the internet to conduct job searches. However, it is sometimes disappointing when you come here and the wi-fi is off or very slow, just to go back home without doing anything. 1 I’m getting more information from the library in relation to my work and personal interest which is related to my future career, like searching for a better paying job. 1 Like I said earlier, I get everything that I need here more specifically for my studies. 1 Like I told you earlier, it is all about the quietness, the beautiful place, good place to study and it is very well organized. 1 Most of the time, I accomplish what I went there to do; I am never disappointed. 1 Sometimes when you get to the library you are told that you should come only at one the library is closed and when you get here at one they tell us the library won’t be opened (mainly when they have meetings, or workshops or when for example the Ministry of Education use the venue to conduct interviews when they are recruiting). They should announce such things in advance so that we don’t waste our time coming here. There is no shade outside where we sit, I feel they can provide us with shades there. 1 The library also have problems sometimes, so I can’t say that I am very satisfied. There is always a shortage of current newspapers and the Wi-Fi sometimes does not work properly and that does frustrate the users. 1 The library does not have enough books, more so the examination booklets for grade 10 and grade 12. Sometimes there is no ink to print and make copies. The study space is too small and there demand is high, too many learners and that really discourages me a lot to sometimes make use of the library when I want to study. 1 The library have enough computers to cater for everyone. The library is built close to a secondary school, allowing learners to have access to the library to get help with their studies. Many of the people who do not know how to operate a computer, can get training for free. Very satisfied with the free wi-fi, allowing many people especially learners to have access to various educational information. The library is a place for everyone; is a community pride. 1 The library is helping learners from nearby schools, because when we were in school we didn’t have any library. We didn’t have access to computers then, but now this library have computers that the learners can use freely to enhance their education. They are learning on how to use computers from an early age unlike us who started very late in life. 1 The noise level. The library is a bit noisy and the people who make the most noise is the library staff when talking to each other. 1 Was able to advertise my business with the business cards I designed and print at the library. The business-related information I obtained from the books and internet has improved the way I run my business and how to satisfy my customers. 1 Whenever I visit the library I do what I went there to do. I only went once a week. But now I go often because there are not a lot people going and the noise levels are not too much. Now I go 2 to 3 times a week. I used to study at home before but I realized now that there is help available at the library that’s why I go often. 1 Last year I used to more often maybe 4 times a week, this year not a lot. They have change, I don’t read as much as I used to in the past and I don’t come that much. 1 Last year I visited the library less frequently because I was not serious with my studies and I had a habit of saying since I was in grade 11 I’ll just be promoted straight to grade 12, so I don’t need to study. But this year, I come more frequently because I’m preparing for grade 12 final exams. The only time I don’t come to the library is on Thursday and Wednesday because I am having study sessions at school. 1 Last year, I went to the library a lot. It is a must that I must go to the library every time, I am able to go. It is the only place that assists me with my educational needs, books and computers helping me get information that I need to complete my homework and study for test and exams. 1 My pattern has changed. From 2015 until 2017, I was visiting the library less frequently because I wasn’t having that much to do at the library, maybe because I was not taking the lower grades serious. But his year because I am a grade 12 learner and I need to focus on my studies to pass the examinations, I come more. 1 My patterns haven’t changed in anyway, the way I used the library last year is the same way I am using it this year. I visit the library more frequently because grade 9 and 10 have a lot of subject 8 and 9 subjects respectively, so we get a lot of homework and tests. To study for all those subjects which is not easy, the only way you can manage to finish your school work on time and study is to visit the library more frequently and spend a lot of time doing school activities. Next year I will be in grade11 and I will probably spend less time at the because I will be having few subjects, six in total. 1 Now, I spend less time at the library because I am in the hostel, because we have limited time to be at the library as hostel leaners we can’t spend many hours outside the hostel.
