The survey, was the first of its kind at the national level, it has been conducted during the period between November 15th, 2003 and January 7th, 2004. Version 1.0 dataset for public distribution The Health Center Primary Health Care Centers health care and medical treatment [8.5] general health [8.4] The aim of the survey is to collect data on the health and accessibility to health services of the Palestinian Population in the Palestinian Territory. The main objectives of the survey was to study the availability of health facilities in the Palestinian Territory, to study the satisfaction of beneficiaries and to provide a database on accessibility to health institutions. West Bank and Gaza All Palestinian households living in the Palestinian Territory (West Bank and Gaza Strip), excluding persons living in institutions such as prisons or shelters. Sample survey data [ssd] The Access to Health Services Survey 2003 covered many indicators about access to health facilities, receiving health service, and the availability of health services at the same locality of the households, and other related important indicators. Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics Face-to-face [f2f] Special patterns were designed to follow-up receiving and handing in questionnaires at all levels and the daily follow up of interviewers work. The supervisor handed out work on the team using a map and sample. Daily and weekly reports were submitted to the coordinator of the fieldwork and the project administration. The reports explain the number of complete interviews and non-response. In addition to conducting field visits by the technicians and coordinators in order to oversee work and ensure data quality and assisting in solving any problems facing the field team. The response rate for the survey is 98.2%.
