    The following topics were included in the survey: tobacco use, alcohol consumption, diet, physical activity, history of raised blood glucose, history of raised blood pressure and lifestyle advice. Additionally, the following measures were taken: blood pressure, height, weight, waist circumference, heart rate and fasting blood glucose.

    A multi-stage cluster sample of households. All eligible individuals within the age range of the survey were selected per household. See pages 13-16 of the report for further detail.
