Description The objective of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Access by Household and Use by Individuals Training and Field Manual 2014 was to equip enumerators with the required data collecting skills on the following:

1. Conducting the actual Interview.

2. How to handle respondents.

3. How to complete the questionnaire; and to inculcate in them a common understanding of definitions and concepts.

4. The manual is designed to assist the enumerator to understand the questionnaire.
