In recent years the Solidarity Savings Banks have taken important because it
has allowed potentiate the development of the rural sector through their small
loans immediately assist beneficiaries in the development of production
processes enabling strengthen the economy of these sectors, this research
project aims to make the diagnosis and financial evaluation of the Solidarity
banks in the Central Zone of the country and its social economic impact within
the productive matrix, in the period 2013-2015, through a preliminary study of
the boxes it has been determined that they are governed by the
Superintendency of Popular Economy and Solidarity, also supported the
UCABANPE, an organization created to strengthen banks and associated
community banks, through funding and training, so that the management
partners also improve to make a financial assessment allows the association
concer economic situation that will help the decision, then the use of NPV, IRR
and Payback was established as financial parameters of depth evaluation
allowing to determine the feasibility of investment flows showing negative
results which serve as reference for the proposal for an improvement in their
economic management. The results of the financial evaluation show that these
small associations contribute to the productive matrix creating new
employment opportunities through small loans in vulnerable sectors which has
allowed the development of several micro enterprises
