| Abstract | This paper uses data from the Household Integrated Sample Survey for years 207 and 2014 to compare the Colombian labor market structure by gender and analyze its evolution. For that purpose, the study relays on multiple correspondence analysis. The results are consistent with the idea of market segmentation, with lag in the ovulation of the female labor market. |
