    Notes

    The following topics were included in the survey: tobacco use, alcohol consumption, diet, physical activity, history of raised blood glucose, history of raised blood pressure, history of cardiovascular diseases. Additionally, the following measures were taken: blood pressure, height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, heart rate, fasting blood glucose and total cholesterol. Finally, the following optional modules were included: oral health.
