    The following topics were included in the survey: tobacco use, alcohol consumption, diet, physical activity, history of raised blood glucose and history of raised blood pressure. Additionally, the following measures were taken: blood pressure, height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, heart rate and fasting blood glucose.
