Non-probability: Quota sampling. Sampling frame constructed based on locations of refugees from Ukraine at admin level 2, with proportional allocation and exclusions for areas with fewer than 100 refugees.

Data collection for the Latvia Socio-Economic Insights Survey 2024 was conducted through face-to-face interviews using a Kobo-based questionnaire, with a non-probability quota sampling approach ensuring proportional representation across municipalities and minimal data cleaning to exclude test interviews and non-consenting respondents.
