<br /><span class="em">This Paper, except the compartments under the Royal Arms, to be filled up by the occupier or Person in charge of the dwelling. </span>If the house is let or sub-let to separate Families or Lodgers, each Occupier or Lodger must make a return for his portion of the house upon a separate paper.</p>
