This data file corresponds to Block I of the questionnaire and contains information on the demographic profile of the household and participation of household members fifteen years and over in cooperative/organizations.

Each Household member has specific ID. The gender, relation of member to household head, age, highest educational attainment, main occupation, other occupation, type of organization where the household member is affiliated.

This data file corresponds to Block II-A of the questionnaire and contains information on the various parcels operated and/or managed by the sample farm household during the reference period.

This data file corresponds to Block II-B Section 1.1.1 of the questionnaire and contains information on production and disposition of palay harvested by the household during the reference period. Production and disposition data gathered under this section is by cropping cycle for all parcels.

This data file corresponds to Block II-B Sections 1.1.2, 1.2.2, 1.3.2, and 2.4 on Seeds/Seedlings and contains information on seeds/seedlings used by the household during the reference period. Data gathered under this section is by cropping cycle for all parcels.

This data file corresponds to Block II-B Sections 1.1.2, 1.2.2, 1.3.2, and 2.4 on Organic Fertilizers and contains information on organic fertilizer used by the household during the reference period. Data gathered under this section is for all parcels.

This data file corresponds to Block II-B Sections 1.1.2, 1.2.2, 1.3.2, and 2.4 on Inorganic Fertilizers and contains information on inorganic fertilizer used by the household during the reference period. Data gathered under this section is for all parcels.

This data file corresponds to Block II-B Sections 1.1.2, 1.2.2, 1.3.2, and 2.4 on Pesticides and Chemicals and contains information on pesticides and chemicals used by the household during the reference period. Data gathered under this section is for all parcels.

This data file corresponds to Block II-B Sections 1.1.3, 1.2.3, 1.3.3, 2.5; Block II-C Section 6.2; and Block II-D Section 4.2 on Labor Inputs and contains information pertaining to labor costs incurred in production for all croppings to all parcels during the reference period. The sources of labor are operator, family/exchange labor (bayanihan) and hired labor by farm activity and by gender.

This data file corresponds to Block II-B Section 1.2.1 and contains information on production and disposition of corn harvested by the household during the reference period. Production and disposition data gathered under this item is by cropping cycle for all parcels.

This data file corresponds to Block II-B Section 1.3.1 and contains information on production and disposition of other temporary crops harvested by the household during the reference period. Production and disposition data gathered under this section is by cropping cycle for all parcels.

This data file corresponds to Block II-B Section 2.1.1 and contains information on production and disposition of Coconut harvested by the household during the reference period. Production and disposition data gathered under this section is by cropping cycle for all parcels.

This data file corresponds to Block II-B Section 2.3.1 and contains information on production and disposition of Industrrial and Agroforest harvested by the household during the reference period. Production and disposition data gathered under this section is by cropping cycle for all parcels.

This data file corresponds to Block II-B Sections 3 to 5 of the questionnaire and contains information on value of crop by-products such as straw, thatch, leaves and stems of sweet potato, cassava, peanuts/legumes, stems of jute, ramie, various type of firewood, rattan, coconut shell, coconut husk, vinegar, charcoal, etc. It also contains information on other farm expenses incurred by the household on crop farming during the reference period. This subsection contains information on the awareness of government program/s in agricultural crop production and the assistance received.

This data file corresponds to Block II-C Section 1 of the questionnaire and contains information on livestock inventory, production and disposition.

This data file corresponds to Block II-C Section 2 of the questionnaire and contains information on poultry inventory, production and disposition.

This data file corresponds to Block II-C Section 3 of the questionnaire and contains information on households operating as contract growers for livestock and poultry. This subsection contains information on farm expenditures incurred and labor inputs of livestock and poultry raising during the reference period.

This data file corresponds to Block II-D Section 1 of the questionnaire andcontains information on production and disposition, development services, and expenditures during the reference period.

This data file corresponds to Block II-D Section 1 of the questionnaire and contains information on production and disposition of Aquaculture harvested by the household during the reference period. Production and disposition data to be gathered under this item is by cropping cycle for all parcels.

This data file corresponds to Block II-D Section 3 of the questionnaire and contains information on the households' awareness of government program/s in agricultural crop production and the assistance received

This data file corresponds to Block II-E of the questionnaire and contains information on the special agricultural activities .

This data file corresponds to Block III of the questionnaire and contains information on all investment items owned and used by the household in all their farm activities during the reference period.

HOUSEHOLD INCOME

This data file corresponds to Block IV of the questionnaire and covers the total income of all the household members both cash and in-kind derived from all sources. For income in kind, value is imputed in pesos.

Included in this section are household members whose earnings during the reference period came from off-farm and non-farm activities.

HOUSEHOLD EXPENDITURES

This data file corresponds to Block V of the questionnaire and contains information on how much was spent by the household on specified items of expenditures. This is divided into two sections: Food Expenditures;
and Non-Food Expenditures

Expendentures: This data file corresponds to Block V-A from Section 1-2 to 2-3 of the questionnaire and refers to food prepared during holidays and special occasions like Christmas, New Year, Fiestas, birthdays, baptism, weddings, etc.

Monthly Recurring Expenses - This data file corresponds to Block V-B of the questionnaire and refers to the usual or recurring expenses by the household on a regular or monthly basis such as payment of bills for electricity, water, telephone, etc. and other non-bill payments.

This data file corresponds to Block VI of the questionnaire and contains information regarding loans. All types of loans availed of by any member of the household during the reference period will be determined and will be dealt separately by source. Possible sources of loans are as follows: relatives/neighbors/friends, employer/landlord, private money lender, pawnshop, private bank, government bank, GSIS/SSS, cooperatives, and NGOs.
